JFK Airport Delta Airlines Terminals 2 and 3

JFK Delta Terminals 2 and 3

This project consisted of a comprehensive study for an Infrastructure Investment Plan at JFK International Airport Delta Airlines Terminals (Terminals 2 and 3), which will increase flights, add eight new destinations, and also invest more than $300 million in improving its JFK terminal over the next six years. DY Consultants was subcontracted by Corgan Architects Associates P.C. to conduct a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) survey of the existing airside pavement and proposal for rehabilitation, prepare construction documents for the pavement rehabilitation, and provide phasing and management support during construction. The project cost was approximately $15 million, which involved milling and replacing with new bituminous pavement as well as full pavement reconstruction in some areas.
