Simon Bober, Terminal Program Manager
Simon is an architect with more than 25 years of experience designing and managing large scale transportation projects. He is particularly skilled at coordinating and implementing complex buildings and integrating high-performance building technologies. With a comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and airport terminal systems, Simon is committed to design excellence and providing functional, cost-effective solutions to his clients. Prior to Joining DY, Simon worked as a Senior Project Manager at Parsons and served as a member of staff of the PANYNJ’s Aviation Planning Division, where he managed multiple projects including the new LaGuardia Airport redevelopment program.

Ruchira Khanvilkar, Aviation Consultant I
Ruchira holds a Master’s degree in Community Planning and Certificate in GIS from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Mumbai. Her expertise includes GIS capability comprised of civil/stormwater and power utility infrastructure as well as regulatory agency permitting. Before joining DY, Ruchira worked as a Master Planning Intern for Landrum & Brown (Cincinnati, Ohio) where she developed airport layout plans for ORD and TUS airports, graphics for future MCO airport, and concept layouts for LAX cargo airport.

Shang Wei Lin, BIM/CAD Imagery and Design Specialist
Shangwei received his Master’s degree in Architecture from Cooper Union. He has experience in developing architectural construction drawings, schematic design and 3D modeling and renderings. While he worked as an architectural designer for Architerior Architects and Associates in Taiwan, he assisted in preparing documentation of environmental assessment for residential projects. Shangwei is skilled in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp and Adobe. He will be working as a BIM/CAD Imagery and Design Specialist for the JFK Redevelopment Program.

Dibya Shahi, Junior Airport Engineer
Dibya studied in City College of New York where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. While working for CUNY Building Performance Lab and Bloc Power Smart Cities Platform, her main responsibilities included conducting research and processing findings into comprehensive reports for company’s clients. She is skilled in the following software: MATLAB, C++, R-Studio, Stella, WaterGEMS, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, HTML/JS, SAP2000. Dibya will be working as a Junior Airport Engineer from the NYC office.

Tatiana Evdokimova, Marketing Coordinator
Tatiana is a marketing professional with extensive experience in developing data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns designed to drive business growth and build brand loyalty. She possesses a deep understanding of creative development processes and a solid knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels. Prior to joining DY, Tatiana worked at IKEA where she led Regional Marketing teams and supported them in reaching the business objectives. Tatiana will be working as a Marketing Coordinator and support the company in all marketing related initiatives.
