Mr. Khachatryan is an airport planner with a primary focus on the conceptual development of airfield and apron alternatives for domestic and international airports. He is very proficient in AutoCAD and AviPlan performing aircraft maneuvering, aircraft parking analysis, gate planning, marking and striping and has proven experience producing operational drawings for conceptual alternatives that are compliant with FAA and/or ICAO standards. Mr. Khachatryan recently completed several apron marking/striping plans which were then implemented and validated/tested by the operator and found compliant.
