JFK Airport wide Utilities Infrastructure Upgrade and Stakeholder/ Developers Coordination

DY Consultants was awarded the contract to provide program management support and advisory services for the John F. Kennedy Airport redevelopment project under governor vision in NY. A multi-billion program with multi developers to renew the aging terminal buildings and increase the passenger experience to accommodate 21. Century needs. Due to JFK’s strategic situation in the heart of New York City and the significant passenger volume associated to it, the major challenge is to maintain the full functionality of the airport during construction.

As a part of program management team, DY Consultants provide support for landside, infrastructure, Terminals, Airside as well as assisting the JFK redevelopment with coordination of utilities in Central terminal Area (CTA) fulfill programmatic requirements.

Our consultancy for utilities includes analyzing reports, drawings and evaluating planning assumptions to ensure that an acceptable level of service is maintained during and after construction. We also provide project coordination services such as analyzing design, document reviews, validating sizing and functionality, coordination organizing and involving workshops and following up with the responsible parties to provide the Port Authority with comprehensive feasibility analysis for the proposed redevelopment.
