DY Consultants was awarded the contract to provide program management support and advisory services for the Central Terminal Building (CTB) redevelopment project at LaGuardia Airport (LGA). The overall program is a multi-billion P3 project, undertaken to renew the aging terminal B building.

DY Consultants currently has staff assisting the Port Authority’s Aviation Planning Division with coordinating technical reviews and stakeholder workshops to ensure that an acceptable level of service is maintained during and after construction. Our consultants provide support with analyzing reports, drawings and evaluating planning assumptions used for the planning and design of landside, terminal, and airside facilities. The performed duties include several supporting ad-hoc tasks such as developing and analyzing design day flight schedules, refining terminal programmatic requirements, and validating gate sizing and functionality.
