Lyor Dahan – Aviation Planner

Lyor Dahan has recently joined DY as the manager of the aviation planning department. Lyor comes to DY with valuable aviation experience, including over 7 years of working with the Port Authority NY/NJ’s Aviation Department. He has been instrumental in the analysis and the implementation of initiatives that enhance capacity and reduce delays at the Port Authority Airports. Lyor has committed to growing the planning department in size and in capabilities by providing his skill sets to our team.
