Wendy is a detail-oriented individual with a background in Airfield Civil Engineering. She on airfield civil-related design projects, including the preparation of construction drawings and engineering cost estimates. Her aviation improvement projects involve the preparation of schedules and technical specifications, submittals to achieve township approvals, preparation of the engineer’s design rationale report and management of the bid process.

Wendy is involved in the management of the construction process, including pre-construction meeting, material submittal review, change orders and coordination with the airport and contractors. She has an extensive knowledge of the NEPA process and has worked on countless CATEX, Short Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements. She is experienced in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, FaarField and Matlab. Throughout the project process she maintains open communication and coordination with the airport, Resident Project Representative and contractor.

Her recent airport experience includes: LaGuardia Airport, N.Y.; Atlantic City International Airport, N.J.; Solberg Hunterdon Airport, N.J.; Hammonton Municipal Airport, N.J.; Woodbine Municipal Airport, N.J.; Westchester County Airport, N.Y.; and Republic Airport, N.Y.
