staff comprises highly specialized individuals with very specific concentrations.
All members of our staff are well versed in the requirements set forth
by FAA standards and implement this knowledge on a daily basis. Professionals
within our firm have extensive backgrounds in civil engineering, aviation
operations, environmental analysis, electrical engineering, airport
planning, architectural design, mechanical engineering, and construction
management. Some of the individuals are former FAA and Port Authority
of NY/NJ employees. Therefore, our staff is able to provide great insight
to the needs of our clients. Other satff members are licensed pilots,
providing DY with a stronger understanding of the user's needs. Our
professionals work on projects in which they have strong backgrounds.
Individuals are not cross-utilized and no time is wasted in reviewing
standards.
DY
representatives serve as our client's individual consultants and are
available to our clients at all times. We reward our clients with personalized
service in a timely manner. All professionals report directly to Dennis
Yap, the president of the firm. He has the ultimate responsability of
reviewing all documents and services provided to our clients. Prior
to Mr. Yap's review, the firm implements a Total Quality Management
(TQM) Program to ensure efficient and accurate results.
